Promoting Mindfulness to the Masses
As Creative Director, I improved the product design, concepted and directed new patterns, expanded our offering of accessories, and created collateral to express the brand on-site at festivals and to an online audience.

Conceptualized and art directed over a dozen Jaunt Pack patterns across four thematically distinct limited edition lines

Conceptualized and launched my personal favorite social campaign, #jauntism, which featured on-brand quotes alongside my original illustrations meant to bolster the brand’s mission of promoting mindfulness in all aspects of life, from adventures to routine activities. These illustrations were also used as prints on leather accessories, and on postcards included in each order.
Beyond conceptualizing and directing the original artwork on the outside of the packs, I helped fine-tune the product design down to the stitch, and pioneered more ergonomic materials, pocket arrangements, and entirely new features like the Flex-Band. I produced, directed, & edited the 2016 KickStarter campaign video which launched the Flex-Band and far exceeded its goal.
For our on-site festival activations, I interviewed and hired local brand ambassadors, and managed the sales at up to 3 locations per festival. In addition to leading sales at events, I designed and fabricated a portable but robust booth display, driving a 3X sales increase YOY. I was the point of contact for event vending coordinators, and facilitated collaborative product partnerships with brands, events, and artists like Vine, Electric Forest, Firefly, Holy Ship, Euphoria, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Maggie Rogers, Pretty Lights, Joe Hertler & the Rainbow Seekers, and more. For most collaborative pack designs, a part of the contract was also to create a stop motion launch video with the limited edition product, a task which I spearheaded with great delight.

The Jaunt pack was created to allow for more mindful adventuring by securing essential belongings safely and ergonomically. Jauntisms served to bolster the brand’s thesis on social channels while promoting mindfulness and positive self reflection. The original illustrations were also used as prints on leather accessories, and on postcards which went out with each order.
