This Brooklyn-based dog brand needed branded videos for new product offerings such as paw cleaners (a.k.a. Pawlishers), as well as treat bags, microfiber towels, and reusable poop pouches. For the studio video shoots I mainly used a bold orange seamless to match the brand colors and give satisfying contrast with the blue in the product, and set up a tabletop set to roll, spin, and interact with the products. The bold orange also allowed me to key out the background to stitch multiple shots and angles together to create a dynamic and satisfying final product. I also constructed a tabletop granite kitchen backsplash set to capture lifestyle images of the products, and used a remote control lazy susan to capture spinning footage and stop motion animation sequences. A macro lens came in handy to show the interior “scrub cylinder” of the product, and show an up-close view from the POV of a paw using the product. Beyond studio shoots, I also sourced and edited UGC footage for social and paid channels.
