Climbing Stairs LLC has a diverse array of products, all beginning with the flagship product:d the Mobile Stairlift. I produced and directed dozens of repair videos for every component to the original Mobile Stairlift, to reduce returns and increase product longevity. For the TV spot above, I was determined to show the visceral human benefits of using the product, and sought to depict the ways in which a day of mother-daughter quality time could be significantly improved with the product. For all patient transport products videos, I scouted locations that would be difficult to get to for a person with a physical disability, and then wrote storylines based on these settings. It was a pleasure to direct the creative expression of these brands and see palpable results, driving sales from under $100k to over $1.2 million annually, before being eventually aquired by a larger medical supply company. Over the course of my partnership I also had the chance to interview some particularly impacted customers, which was both eye opening and rewarding. Once the original chair was launched and converting, I produced and directed an array of instructional and promotional pieces for the subsequent products like the Mobile Stairlift Lite, the Mobilie Stairlift Helix, the VoltStair and VoltStair Go.
